Abundance is not just material. Abundance is life itself.
As per Bhagwad Geeta – “If you take abundance from abundance, abundance still remains.”
When we say do not think back, do not look back, Do not walk back…But still our mind wanders..Because our thoughts are like clouds that are passing by..Its because our brain is constantly in thoughts of past, present and future.
There is a saying which inspires me that “Yesterday is but a dream, Tomorrow is only a vision. But today well lived makes every yesterday a dream of happiness and every tomorrow a vision of hope“..
Our brain functions in such a way that one side of brain is like a plant and other side brain is like a weed..It is on us on which side of brain we want to water it.
When we water our brain as a plant then it gives us fruits & flowers (which helps us see and find positivity in all given situations). But if we water our brain as a weed than inspite of having everything in life, still we will not be happy in any given situation. (which brings anxiety, jealousy, unhealthy ego, negativity)..This needs to train our mind daily..
Its exactly like when we praise our own kids and see their good side and accept them whole heartedly no matter how many flaws they have. Why don’t we try and see with that mindset in every human which surround us ignoring their flaws. And that starts with GRATITUDE list because by writing it, your mind reminds of the day how loving was that person on that moment when you actually are having a bad day.
And this is not one day process..Every day is a new day..Every day we have to fight with our own fears, negativity, jealousy, unhealthy ego. And for me meditation is the best source where i do inner cleansing.
When perception of seeing life changes, Heaven is here in what we live..It is what daily have to practice our mind in How to grow!! How to give!! and What to celeberate!!
We try to find God in temples, churches everywhere..but we don’t see that God is in all of us. We all are one. We all are spirit and have Body in different forms.
Each soul is on the journey towards (‘Goodness’ – ‘Sattva guna’) So “It is better to enjoy that journey than to arrive.”
