Be your own competitor

Have you ever noticed whatever we do and we cling our expectation on it..Instead can we just try and do our own bit as much as one can and not get attached with the expectation of others noticing it or appreciating it..How simple would have been your life, Isn’t it?

The Ex-pectation itself says as a part of Ex-it means instead of expectation why don’t we focus on In-vestment and that is investing in yourself.

Infact expecting more with oneself or others is dangerous because in a way you are harming yourself and disappointing yourself if you don’t meet your Expectations. As when you just think of ‘I’, then as per human tendency you make it a compulsion to yourself and create stress, overburdening yourself..

Instead with flow of time and in every moment why don’t we try to act and react as per what your inner voice says..

Lets just remember you are now what your beliefs has made you, but you are not your beliefs..You can change your change your beliefs and create a new way of living..

We as a being always have a tendency to potray ourselves best to people. We never show our flaws to others..Why? Because we have a fear of being judged by others. Either we think we are more than others or either we think we are less than others.

Sometimes being imperfect only gives us a space to learn..If we think that i am perfect than our growth stops from there itself..

But why we don’t do comparison to our own self rather than others..

Sometimes we self sabotage ourselves that what would others think but sometimes beauty lies in the raw outcome rather than the finished look..

We always doubt ourselves in what we do because we judge ourself comparing what others think and do.

Thus a famous saying should always be kept in mind that “Just like tall buliding have deep foundations, Similarly when the deeper problems you are facing, the higher you can rise.
